Skopje International Airport is located approximately 170 kilometers northeast of Ohrid, while Ohrid St. Paul the Apostle Airport is situated just 9 kilometers north of the city center.
From Skopje International Airport, visitors can easily reach Ohrid by rental car, taxi, or bus. Rental car services are available at the airport, providing travelers with the flexibility to explore the region at their own pace. Alternatively, metered taxi services are readily available outside the airport terminal, offering convenient transportation to Ohrid. For those looking for a more budget-friendly option, transit buses operate between Skopje International Airport and Ohrid, with multiple departures throughout the day.
If traveling from abroad, another option is to fly into Thessaloniki International Airport "Makedonia" in Greece, which is approximately 240 kilometers southwest of Ohrid.
